Payments & Conditions
The total Workshop cost is $200 (half day 5 max people) and $299 (full day 10max people) (check specials page for discounts and early bird specials). Deposit of $100 is required prior to workshop date to secure your position. Remaining payment is to be made before or on the day of the workshop. Positions are secured on a first in best dressed basis. Payments received after cut off are eligible for transfer to a future workshop or if required a refund can be arranged by request.
Participant Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Workshop fees are not refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop are not transferable to another workshop date. For cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice: you may use your workshop deposit or payment towards another workshop within 3 months of the date of purchase. Once the 3 months expires the workshop fee is not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event extenuating circumstances occur such as sickness or bulk cancellations (we require a minimum of 3 participants (half day) and 5 participants (full day) to conduct the workshop) our Yoga Personal Instruction Workshop will be cancelled and postponed to another date. In this instance you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another workshop within a 6 months period.
