YOGA CLASS TIMETABLE
We have three morning classes and one evening class available – BOOKINGS NOT REQUIRED
Monday's 6:45am – 7:45am (8:15am finish if staying for meditation)
Tuesday's 6:15pm – 7:15pm (no meditation)
Wednesday's 6:45am – 7:45am (8:15am finish if staying for meditation)

ABOUT THE YOGA CLASSES
Pure Elements Therapy yoga classes have been designed to balance your entire body focusing on correcting common Musculoskeletal imbalances that, if not corrected, result various conditions. Derived from Chris' Personal Yoga Instruction Workshop, these unique yoga classes work together to thoroughly cover the four core areas of the body, which are essential to our overall postural stability, balance and strength.

YOGA AS A THERAPY
