Payments & Conditions
The total Workshop cost is $200 (half day 5 max people) and $299 (full day 10max people) (check specials page for discounts and early bird specials). Deposit of $100 is required prior to workshop date to secure your position. Remaining payment is to be made before or on the day of the workshop. Positions are secured on a first in best dressed basis. Payments received after cut off are eligible for transfer to a future workshop or if required a refund can be arranged by request.
Participant Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Workshop fees are not refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop are not transferable to another workshop date. For cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice: you may use your workshop deposit or payment towards another workshop within 3 months of the date of purchase. Once the 3 months expires the workshop fee is not refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
In the unlikely event extenuating circumstances occur such as sickness or bulk cancellations (we require a minimum of 3 participants (half day) and 5 participants (full day) to conduct the workshop) our Yoga Personal Instruction Workshop will be cancelled and postponed to another date. In this instance you are entitled to a full refund or a transfer to another workshop within a 6 months period.

USE OF SITE
Changes to Order
Changes must be made directly to a Customer Service Representative at 0401 002 930 or 0403 534 637 and cannot be guaranteed before original order is shipped. Click here to contact our Customer Service if additional informaton is needed.
Backorders
When ordering multiple products and one or more items are on backorder, the entire shipment will be held until all items can be shipped together unless Customer Service is contacted to request otherwise. If shipped seperately additional shipping charges may apply.
Returns
Pure Elements Therapy wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product was purchased online and does not meet your expectations, you may return within 14 days from purchase date with prior authorization and must be returned unused with the original packing and include all cables, accessories, and documentation, including manuals, warranties, and a copy of original purchase invoice. All merchandise items are subject to a 20% restocking, shipping, and handling fees. No returns accepted if any part is missing. Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected. There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.
Defects
Defective return does not include returns for incompatibility. Pure Elements Therapy Reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund when seen fit.
Obtaining Service
To obtain warranty service, call Pure Elements Therapy Warranty Service at 0401 002930 or email info@pureelementstherapy.com.au . Please be prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the problem. A purchase receipt is required. All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorized service center for replacement, per our instructions. Pure Elements Therapy reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund when seen fit.

At this time, Pure Elements Therapy ships merchandise to locations within the Australia and Norfolk Island only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If a shipment is returned to us as Un-Deliverable you may either receive a full refund for the products ordered minus the shipment costs, or we can reship the order after collecting an additional shipping fee.
