THE CONSCIOUS YOGA CORE WORKSHOP
Duration: Full day weekend workshop (7hrs)
Cost: $299 per person (check early bird specials)
Maximum of 10 people per session with experienced assistant yoga teacher

YOGA PERSONAL INSTRUCTION WORKSHOP
Option 1:
Duration: Half day weekend workshop (4hrs)
Cost: $200 per person
Maximum of 5 people per session

Option 2:
Duration: Yoga workshop is completed over a 3 week period (one session per week), each session is 90 minutes long
Note: For those interested in after work hours the Latest time available to book a session is 5:30 till 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday nights
1 person: $350
2 people: $250/each (discounted of $100 in total to to bring a friend)
